Reason:
CPF(ON) has been specified, but CCI is not available or not fully initialized. Until CCI completes initialization, commands entered on the local node will execute only on that node, and will not be propagated. The command also will not be logged to the CPF Recovery File.
Action:
Check to determine that CCI has completed initialization (CPF status shows ON, and not INIT) before issuing any commands intended for remote nodes.
