Reason:
The LIB keyword is valid only for the DATASET resource class.
Action:
If you are attempting to add or replace the characteristics of a resource class in the RDT, re-enter the command without ATTR(LIB).
If you are attempting to permit an ACID to a resource, re-enter the command without the LIB restriction. PRIVPGM may be specified without the LIB keyword.
