The code XXX can be looked up in the Detailed Reason: Codes section of this manual. If the code is 079, the problem is simply that the specified ACID security record is full. See message TSS0473E for more information. For all other codes, collect dumps and/or trace logs produced by error. Contact CA Technical Support.
