Reason:
An attempt was made to ADDTO a profile to a department, division, another profile or to a valid ACID that already has that profile.
Action:
Profiles can be added to the following Acid types only: USER, SCA, VCA, DCA. If you are attempting to define a profile, you must use the TSS CREATE function.
