Reason:
A prefix resource longer than 26 bytes, or a general resource longer than 8 bytes was specified for the ADDTO, REMOVE, or WHOOWNS functions. Longer resources are only valid for PERMIT, REVOKE, and WHOHAS functions.
Action:
Correct the resource name and reenter the function command.
