Reason:
The R_cahceserv file services OPEN request failed. dddddddd is the DD name. rc is the return code in R15. rsn is the reason code from the ACNERFLG field of the ACB. The R_cacheserv subtask terminates.
Action:
Make sure that the CA Top Secret procedure JCL contains a DD statement for the R_cacheserv VSAM file with the correct DD name.
