Reason:
The Dataset was either deleted or un-catalogued because the User had Scratch or All access to the catalog for SMS or non-SMS data sets and not the access needed to delete the dataset. For a VSAM data set, it would be All access to the catalog. For a VSAM data set the message appears twice.
Action:
This message appears when CATADELPROT is set to no. No action required.
