Reason:
The DATACLAS record can only be processed when the VSAM_DIGICERT feature is active.
Action:
Define a VSAM file to be used with CA Top Secret. Initialize a new security file with TSSMAINT and specify INITVSAM=DIGICERT. For more information, see the Installation Guide.
