Reason:
An attempt was made to add a certificate (as specified in digicert), but the validity ‘before’ date range of the signing certificate being added did not fall within the validity date range. For the status of a certificate being added to be set with TRUST status, one of the criteria is that the signer has a valid start or before date. The certificate is added as NOTRUST and an informational message is issued.
Action:
Update the certificate signer by certificate renewal process with valid dates.
