Reason:

The user exit module you specified in the EXIT keyword of the GLOBALID input control statement did not return any globalid value in the parameter list passed to it from the CA Top Secret CIA Unload Utility. The CA Top Secret CIA Unload Utility terminates.

Action:

Ensure that your GLOBALID user exit module returns a valid value in the parameter list passed to it from the CA Top Secret CIA Unload Utility, and rerun the utility.
