Reason:
An I/O error occurred at startup during synchronization of the mirror file and primary file. The second part of the message provides hardware sense data about the nature and possible cause of the I/O error.
Mirror file processing is now disabled.
Action:
Analyze the error to determine whether to move the file to another DASD volume or re-define and initialize the file on the same volume.
