Reason:
An error occurred during mirror file synchronization, so the mirror files must be re-initialized.
Action:
Re-initialize the mirror files with TSSMAINT, then restart the product. You can obtain statistics from the primary files to provide the correct block size and the correct number of records in each mirror component.
