Reason:
The SECMIRR DD statement references a mirror data set that is on the same DASD volume as the primary SECFILE data set. The mirror file should be on a separate volume so that the file remains available if a failure occurs on the volume of the primary security file.
Action:
Re-initialize the mirror data set, placing it on another DASD volume.
