Reason:
One of the signing certificates was expired or not installed as a CERTAUTH certificate. A PKCS #12|PKCS#7 certificate package contains the end-entity certificate and all signing certificates in the hierarchy (including the self-signed root certificate).
Action:
If you require a complete PKCS #12|PKCS#7 certificate package, make sure all signing certificates are installed under CERAUTH and are not expired, then re-enter the command.
