Reason:
The attempt to connect to a Datacom address space failed.
Identifies the Datacom function that failed.
Identifies the Datacom region that was specified in the function call.
The return code received from Datacom.
The reason code received from Datacom.
If the error is encountered during CIA initialization, the CIA initialization process is terminated. If the error is encountered during the processing of a specific CIA update request, the CIA update request is failed and CIA real-time processing is suspended until the problem is resolved.
Action:
Determine why the connection to the Datacom region failed and resolve the problem. For assistance, contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.
