Reason:
A Disconnect or Reconnect command was issued. The CIA real-time Task determined the connection token was zero and therefore could not issue the necessary request to the z/OS System Logger. Any indicators within the CIA real-time task regarding the connection were reset.
Action:
Issue a Connect command to instruct the CIA real-time task to attempt a connection to the z/OS System Logger managed logstream.
