Reason:
The processing in the module routine identified in the message could not obtain the storage required for an internal buffer or table. The CIA real-time stored procedure processing terminates and the message is returned to the request to be recorded in the CIA real-time component journal.
Action:
Increase the region size for the WLM environment defined for the CIA real-time stored procedure to provide more available storage
