Reason:
The CIA real-time logging task attempted to define a z/OS Resource Manager. The decimal return code showing the result of this request is displayed. It is expected that this value be zero. Values other than zero indicate and error occurred and the z/OS Resource Manager was not defined.
Action:
Return Codes are those defined in the IBM manual: z/OS MVS Authorized Assembler Services Reference under the RESMGR ADD Macro Function. Determine the reason for the error and correct any environmental conditions. Some errors may be due to transient conditions such as short on storage. Once corrected, restart the ESM Address Space. Provide any documentation related to the error to CA Support.
