Reason:
The CIA real-time logging task encountered a serious error. In an attempt to correct the error, the termination process was executed. Re-initialization will now be attempted to continue execution. The process of attempting to correct an error via this process is only attempted twice per execution of the CIA Real-Time Logging Task. On a third error or if an error occurs during the execution of the Termination Process in an attempt at recovery, the task is shutdown. The task can be started manually with the CIA(START) command.
