Reason:

A condition has occurred which prevents further interaction with the z/OS system logger at this time. A disconnect is permitted. Message CIA0371I may contain further information. The z/OS system logger notifies the CIA real-time logger when activity can resume and whether the condition causing the delay has been cleared.The CIA real-time logger is waiting for that notification. It is possible to receive further notifications which may indicate the condition cannot be cleared.
