Reason:
An attempt was made to add a record to the logstream identified by name. The request did not complete successfully. The return code (rc) and the reason code (rsn) indicate the cause of the error. They are the values returned by the IXGWRITE Macro. The value of cnt indicates the number of times this error was returned consecutively. The message is only displayed the first time it occurs and again after each group of 256 consecutive occurrences.
Action:
Determine the cause of this error from the return code and reason code displayed. This may be due to a temporary condition such as a structure rebuild or offload. In such a case, an attempt to write the record will be made when the condition is cleared. Additional messages may be displayed showing status changes. Consult IBM documentation for the IXGWRITE Macro for an explanation of the return and reason codes.
