Reason:
The CIA real-time processing component has attempted to access the journal file and the request has failed. The journal function attempted will be one of the following: OPEN, CLOSE or WRITE. &retcode and &rsncode are the return code and reason code for the failure.
Action:
If the function request is OPEN, check the CIA real-time component procedure for a valid CIAJRNL DD statement. For all other failures contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.
