Reason:
The CIA/RT processing component has attempted to access the System Logger and the request has failed. The logger function attempted will be one of the following: CONNECT, DISCONN, BROWSE, RESET, READ, or DELETE. &retcode and &rsncode are the return code and reason code for the failure. Some of the more common return codes and reason codes include:

Refer to the IBM Assembler Services Reference guides for a complete description of the return and reason codes supplied as output from the use of the following macros: IXGBRWSE, IXGCONN, and IXGDELET.
