Reason:
An error has occurred during the initialization phase of the CIA real-time processing component and the startup has been terminated. A CIA real-time ESM specific error message should precede this message in the log.
Action:
See the CIA real-time ESM specific error message and correct the error condition, then restart the CIA real-time component address space.
