Reason:
The CIA real-time processing component program CIARTINT has been loaded from a non-APF authorized library. Start up for the CIA real-time component address space is terminated.
Action:
Make sure the module CIARTINT is resident in an APF authorized library and restart the CIA real-time component address space.
