Reason:
CIA real-time processing encountered an error while trying to process a date field in a data set rule, resource rule, or DB2 resource rule. The value of rule is the $KEY of the rule set which contains the invalid date. The event record was not processed, but the error was journaled to an output Journal dataset, if one was defined.
Action:
Correct the date in the rule line.
