Reason:
An attempt to REKEY a certificate was unsuccessful because the private key of the original certificate (DIGICERT) was not BPECC/NISTECC and BPECC or NISTECC was specified for the new key.
Action:
Reissue the REKEY command without the BPECC/NISTECC keyword.
