Data set access by program that did not come from authorized origin.
For PRIVPGM and no LIBRARY: task library (job or step) is present— check for STEPLIB or JOBLIB in JCL or in TSO LOGON procedure. Also check if CALL command is not allowed.
For PRIVPGM and LIBRARY: program did not come from task library— examine STEPLIB or JOBLIB in JCL or in TSO LOGON procedure. Or, library is not listed in PERMIT.
Action:
Check PERMIT(acid) DSNAME(dsn) PRIVPGM(pgm) restrictions. Check for/examine STEPLIB or TASKLIB.
