Reason:
Site‑written interface to support new facility. Program in control (TOP PRB) does not match the program (prefix key) in the matrix.
Action:
Check the facilities matrix entry via FACILITY(fac) control option. Change the program name via FACILTY(fac=PROGRAM=pgmname) to the first three letters of the program in control at the time the RACINIT macro is issued.
