There are two ways to deactivate security:

• Specify SEC=NO in the DFHSIT option and FACMATRX=NO

  Use this method to turn security off by region.

• Specify EXTSEC=NO and FACMATRX=YES in the Facilities Matrix suboptions.

  Use this method to turn security off by facility.
