Add Users and Profiles

You use the ADD statement when you want to add user or profile records to the administration database. This is the syntax of an ADD statement when you are not using an extract file.

The ADD statement can be used to add signon authority to an existing user if the user does not already have that authority. In this case a message will be sent to the log indicating that the user was updated instead of added.
