Reason:
TLMSRMFE: A location can be either a cabinet location or a box location. The type is determined by specifying either a BOXLIST of a CABLIST. You can not specify both CABLIST and BOXLIST because the location must be one or the other.
Action:
Determine whether the location should be a box or a cabinet location. If the physical location contains both, it must be defined as two logical locations.
