IBM 3494 CBRUXEJC Volume Eject Exit

For basic 3494 ATL processing the OAM CBRUXEJC exit is invoked when a tape is physically ejected from the ATL. The sample CBRUXEJC exit provided by CA TLMS will clear the ATLTYP and ATLNUM fields to indicate that the volume does not reside in any robot. For basic 3494 ATL support, no changes in the CBRUXEJC sample exit are required.
