Start Procedures

1. Start CATVMFX in EXTEND mode using the command:

   S CATVMFX,DO=EXTEND
   

2. Start CATVMFX in TEST mode using the command:

   S CATVMFX,DO=TEST
   

3. Start CATVMFX in RESET mode using the command:

   S CATVMFX,DO=RESET
