The Recently Used Views option displays a list of the objects you most recently viewed. An entry of view name is added in the Recently Used Views list whenever a user view or source object is opened.
Note: The number of recently used views updates only at each start of the Windows Client.
To open an existing object view in the Recently Used Views list, click the Recently Used Views icon on the toolbar. Then click one of the views in the Recently Used Views drop-down list. You can also click the Client menu, select Recently Used Views, and then click one of the views in the Recently Used Views drop-down list.
You can specify the number of items to be included in the Recently Used Views list in the General page of the Windows Client Options wizard.
