Depending on the number of objects that you plan to manage, and the level of detail that you want to collect, you may need temporary storage space well in excess of 5-GB. To protect your managed computer, the CA SRM agent will not start when there is less than 150-MB free space available in the database directory. |
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is also required.
To enable collection of dynamic disk information, install the Microsoft DiskPart utility. Visit the website of Microsoft and search for DiskPart.exe. If you choose not to install this utility, CA SRM would still collect all data, except for information that is specific to dynamic disks.
