Description
This parameter specifies, in seconds, the time interval that must elapse before one CA Spool system in a Multi-Access Spool (MAS) configuration is assumed not to be operating.
This statement allows for imprecise synchronization of TOD clocks (caused by human intervention) in a Multi-Access Spool (MAS) environment.
Actions such as COLD start, WARM start, or ESYS operator commands are rejected unless the time stamps of affected systems in the shared checkpoint record are greater than the current time minus this statement.
The lower limit is 0 and the upper limit is 600 (10 minutes). The default value is 300 (5 minutes).
