To send CA Spool IPDS print files to a TCP/IP attached IPDS printer

1. Define a new CA Spool printer TCPDRIV=IPDS.
2. Add appropriate TCPHOST and TCPPORT parameters.
3. Queue the IPDS print files to this new IPDS printer.
