Review the INFO field after attempting to make a print connection. A blank INFO field is the result of a good print connection; any value other than blank in this field is a "no bind" situation and should be researched based on the contents of the INFO field.

Additional Considerations:
The status codes are specified in the order the function occurs: If the printer does not bind, there will be a 0003 in the INFO field of the printer display panel until a "times out" occurs; the INFO field will then show a 0067. The status codes provide information that will assist in diagnosing the problem.
