Configure a Certificate Mapping

After meeting the prerequisites described in the previous section, you can configure the scheme.

To configure a certificate mapping

1. Navigate to the Certificate Mappings Dialog.
2. Complete the fields described in Certificate Mappings Dialog Fields and Controls.
3. Once you have configured the certificate mapping, click Apply to save your settings.
4. Click Test to test the mapping.
5. Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog.

Note: When specifying the Issuer DN, prefix the following reserved characters with a backslash or escape character (\):

• Comma (,)
• Semicolon (;)
• Quotes (")
• Backslash (\)
• Plus sign (+)
• Greater than sign (>)
• Less than sign (<)
