Add Attributes to Properties Files

For Registration Services to collect additional attributes, the attributes must be added to the appropriate properties files. There are three types of properties files to which the attribute must be added:

Object

Pairs identifiers with LDAP attribute names. These files determine which attributes make up an object profile.

Presentation

Pairs identifiers with administrative roles and specifies whether or not users with those roles have privileges to view the attribute

Locale

Pairs identifiers with text strings. The text strings are used in the displayed pages

Note: The identifier for the attribute must be the same in the object, presentation, and locale properties files.
