Incorrect smauthreason codes shown when step-up authentication credentials fail (129622)

Symptom:

I was using step-up authentication, but the wrong smauthreason code appears if the credentials of the user are invalid.

Solution:

This issue is fixed. The correct smauthreason code now appears.
