Agent Logs from r12.0 SP3 CR04 still show CR03 after Upgrade

Symptom:

I upgraded from r12.0 SP3 CR03 to CR04 using the installation media provided. The log files for my agents indicate r12.0 SP3 CR03 is operating instead of CR04.

Solution:

This error in the log file version is expected behavior. r12.0 SP3 CR04 is operating properly.
