Password Change Links not Embedded in FCC Files use Different Syntax (CQ133285)

Symptom:

I want to use a password-change link, but I do not want to embed that link in an FCC file. The example link shown in the documentation only works in FCC files.

Solution:

Password change links used in other files require a different syntax. This issue is fixed.
