Configuration Wizard did not Set Non-Default Policy Server Port Numbers Correctly during Host Registration (118391, 118388, 115707)

Symptom:

The Web Agent Configuration Wizard did not configure the port numbers for multiple policy servers correctly when non-default port numbers were used.

Solution:

This issue is fixed.
