Resource Request Fails

Symptom:

SPS failed to serve a resource request.

Solution:

To troubleshoot an error, verify the following log files for the error details:

• spsagent and spsagenttrace logs
• Apache access and error logs
• httpclient.log
• server.log
• mod_jk.log
• spsagenttrace.log

If the log files do not contain logs, ensure that you have enabled logging in the log files.
