The Agent for SharePoint uses the following trace log configuration files:

• Agent-for-SharePoint_home\proxy-engine\conf\defaultagent\SharePointAgentTrace.conf
• Agent-for-SharePoint_home\proxy-engine\conf\defaultagent\FederationTrace.conf
