Remove the WWSIISAPI.DLL File from your IIS Web Server

Remove the WWSIISAPI.DLL file from your IIS Web Server before installing the SiteMinder Agent for SharePoint.

To remove the WWSIISAPI.DLL file from your IIS Web Server

Open the IIS Manager.
In the left pane, expand the web server, then expand the Web Sites folder.
A list of web sites appears.
Right click a web Site you want to protect with SiteMinder and select Properties.
The Properties dialog for the web site appears.
Click the Home Directory tab, and then click Configuration.
The Application Configuration dialog appears.
In the Wildcard Application Maps (order of implementation) list, click the following file:
```
web_agent_home\bin\WWSIISAPI.DLL
```
Click Remove.
A confirmation dialog appears.
Click Yes.
The confirmation dialog closes and the WWSIISAPI.DLL file is removed.
Restart your IIS web server.
