NPSEncrypt Tool Does not Run (96407)

Symptom:

The NPSEncrypt tool does not run.

Solution:

Do one of the following:

• For the Windows operating environment, restart the computer after installing the SiteMinder Agent for SAP Web AS.
• For the UNIX or Linux operating environments, run the following script to set the environment variables:

  ca_sapwebas_env.sh
