During daylight saving time, incorrect GMT offset times are written to the Policy Server audit log. For example, during daylight saving time, the UK is GMT +0100, Switzerland is GMT +2000, and the US east coast is GMT -0400. However, while audit log entries for servers in these regions include the correct local time, the GMT offset value is incorrect: +0000 for UK, +0100 for Switzerland, and -0500 for the US east coast.
Solution:
This problem has been fixed. The correct GMT offset time is now written to the audit log.
